Mail table improvements

Few things I noticed:

• The status symbol has a cursor hover state (implying it's clickable) but nothing happens. Is it supposed to do something?

• Main thing I want to do with a given email is view it. I was a bit confused there was no "View" link in here:

• Clicking the title is the WordPress convention to navigate to the item in question. We should mirror this as mentioned.

• When viewing a bunch of emails over a given period of time, "time ago" date formatting isn't so useful. I want to see the full timestamp by default so I can quickly see the timing of emails sent closely together. Right now I have to hover over each one to see this, and can't select the timestamp to copy it. The timestamp also doesn't seem to be using server time.
