Using GitHub actions allow testing and deployment to SVN https://github.com/10up/actions-wordpress

Artifact might already be handled via the 10up action if not, manually upload the artifact via the bullet below
Can ignore committing/pushing to svn with dry-run arg then upload the generated zip with https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact to preview the what would be released. Should setup to be triggered manually via on: workflow_dispatch in GH actions
Can move plugin assets (screenshots etc) into Git as well
