I've experienced an issue where the Icon Editor doesn't close right away, and I click on the OK button twice. Worse, it remembers that it's pressed the next time the UI opens and it closes right away.

The OK (and Cancel) button should not accept multiple button presses and/or should always reset when they are opened.
