Issue

Container의 안정성을 위해, 혹은 사용 조건에 따라, Computing Resource를 제한해야하는 경우가 있다.

Ram
CPU
해당 내용은 Docker Document를 참고한다.

아래 옵션을 추가한다

"-rr" : Resource Ram의 준말
"-rc" : Resource CPU의 준말
