Save data creation error

I’ve tried everything on two separate games saves to dump my saved data to my new device and I just can not for the life of me figure it out. One is a zip and one is 7zip if that matters. I’m very new so explaining like a kindergarten would be perfect! I add the zips to the created empty folder and go to my console to add saved data and I kept receiving there’s no saved data and constant save data creation error. Any direction would be so so appreciated
