Filter out email templates and theme pages that are unused

Some email templates and theme pages are unused by us since we can not use them. Should we filter them out somehow to make the repo more lean? The email templates should be easy to remove, while the theme pages might require some hardcoding filtering.

I think that this is a good idea, doing so will make it easier to differentiate between the pages being used or not. Solving the issues #4 and #5 will also be more straightforward after filtering out the pages.
