Inventory and general pages show unreadable dark colors mid game #2562

What happened?

When viewing inventory or crafting table, colors go dark and wont restore to normal unless restarting the entire game

Occurs midgame. Using the Fabulously Optimized pack - happened in versions 6.1.0 alpha 1 and 2
