shaders not working

What happened?

when i installed the shaders from the installer then entered the game looked at the shaders setting and there is nothing

Are you sure you installed a shader pack and not just Iris (the shader loader, which does not include any shaders) alone?

If you did use an installer that includes a shader pack then this is likely an issue with that installer and not Iris

I didn’t install shader packs just the iris. I used the iris installer which installed sodium and should install the shaders

You know that iris doesn't come with any shaders by default right? Are you saying you tried to put a shader file (usually a .zip) in the shader folder and it didn't show up, or have you not tried that?

From your screenshots Iris is installed. You need to install a shaderpack yourself.
