The 75s at the end could be equal signs of a base64 encoding. When checking an ASCII table we can see that 75 is the octal representation of =. Decoding the numbers gives us:

Base64 doesn't seem to work so we try Base32 and get:

Using this 14 segment display scheme we can now decode the message and get the flag.
