update SHACL shapes in this repo #38

There are ERA SHACL shapes in 3 locations:

https://github.com/Interoperable-data/ERA_vocabulary/tree/main/era-shacl: older version (6m old, conforms to 3.0.1), but many shapes, written by hand
https://github.com/Interoperable-data/ERA-Ontology-3.1.0/blob/main/era-shacl/owl2shacl.ttl: newer version, generated from OWL, probably fewer/poorer shapes
https://git.fpfis.tech.ec.europa.eu/datateam/ERA/era-dataset-manager-shacl-validation-daemon/-/tree/dev/shapes-property : development

We're experimenting with GraphQL generation from shapes, so:

could you please update 1 from 3?
I assume that at some point 1 and 2 will be merged?

Thanks for the message. Some quick remarks

Normally 1/ is the source for the data in production. So you can use it with the data in era-kg
2/ is work in progress that will be merged/aligned with the ontology
