Hi @SanthoshkumarSwaminathan Please first check whether permission to access the camera hardware and permission for applications to access the camera are both set to 'On' in the Windows camera privacy settings. This can be done using the instructions at #3381 (comment) if you are using Windows 10.
If you have Windows 11, please type camera privacy into the search box at the bottom of your Windows screen to find the camera privacy settings. Open up the privacy controls and check that the 'Camera Access' and 'Let apps access your camera' settings are both set to On.
