If I'm reading your comment correctly, your issue is that the watch is connected to iOS, but not through InfiniLink.
Does turning off your watch's Bluetooth, opening InfiniLink and pressing the pair button (to open up the device picker), then turning the watch's Bluetooth back on allow it to connect properly?
I got it working again by rebooting the watch. So the problem was that it would pair but was frozen while connecting. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Inez again had to update the firmware to 1.14.0 This seem to work. But on occasions it would freeze while "connecting". This need to reboot phone.
The watch no longer connects to InfiniLink. It just holds on to still connecting in IOS
