Add status checks when refreshing updates

Describe the feature
When refreshing updates in the apps list, add a loading wheel beside each app that turns into a check mark after updates have finished checking for that app.

Describe alternatives you've considered (if applicable)
Display the currently checking app above the progress bar.

Additional context
When you are checking for updates, all you have is a progress bar with no indication of which apps have already been checked or which apps are waiting to be checked. Implementing this feature would make the status of each app very clear during update checks.

I won't close this issue but I don't really see a big need given that update checking should only take a few seconds even for dozens of apps.

Given that almost all of my apps come from Obtainium (50+) it takes a few minutes each time.

Hmm, my 52 apps only take a few seconds. I wonder if there's some network issue on your end.

I get my apps from a mix of sources, plus rate limiting and a VPN.
