Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Canopy evaporation is currently not implemented as it was not clear if that is handled in the plant model. It isn't, so it needs to be included in the hydrology model.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement equation that accounts for canopy evaporation from the intercept pool.
