Missing reference on SpringBone components

Every attempt to use SpringBone on an avatar results in a missing reference once loaded into the game.
I've even tried rebuilding the plugin by packaging in other solutions like Dynamic Bone with exactly the same results.

Are you still having this issue? I haven't had this issue with Spring Bones.
