Service Grid: activating "Problems only" removes limit=0,0 #923

Describe the bug
If you have a service grid with limit=0,0 and activate problems only the limit parameter will be removed.
To Reproduce
Open: /icingaweb2/icingadb/services/grid?hostgroup.name_ci=WINDOWS&limit=0,0
activate "Problems Only"
You will get /icingaweb2/icingadb/services/grid?hostgroup.name_ci=WINDOWS&&problems=1
