Parallel Runner interactive view crashed

First time encountering this issue (might not be reproducible, so just for the record, for now).

I am running the MetaModeling tutorial, with 10 workers. I could see the first set of batches finishing, then the second one showing up and also finishing. I then went to the JupyterLab interactive view, and to the logs, and when I came back to the ParallelRunner's interactive view, it was crashed. From the logs, it seems everything is still running - Dakota is optimizing parameters through a MOGA, and sending new jobs to be evaluated by the ParallelRunner, which are started, executed, and returned normally. It is just the UI of the ParallelRunner which is missing.
