Create DB backups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To be resilient to failure we should back up the DB regularly (e.g., each hour)

We should create new repo on Github that is private and new user on Github and then back up DB

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current VMs are backed up by ISI but we don't know how comprehensive this is and how easy it would be to recover
