Addition of ghost trips - add 1000 ghost trips per mode

In order to get a better representation of the likely demographics of bus drivers, truck drivers and commercial motorcycle drivers, additional parameters were added that allow the definition of the percentage of male and female drivers and of their expected age ranges. In order to better represent this demographic split, the number of ghost trips added per mode is increased from 100 to 1000 trips. (The total distance of ghost trips added remains the same but this distance is split over more trips)

Adding 1000 ghost trips slows down the running of the model too much (about 5 - 6 times slower than with 100 ghost trips per mode). Re-set to 100 trips. Could consider adding more but shorter distance trips for females in the future
