Add a "default" prompt option

A lot of installers these days use a prompt like so: 

```
> Do you want to do XXX?: (yes)/no
```

we should offer something similar for the deploy scripts. 

Really i think the answer for most things should be yes, but there may be options for "edge case instruments" which may be no by default.
