Hi,
when validating with ISAcreator 1.7.9 an ISA created by mzml2isa (0.5.2) I am getting

WARNING: The ISA-TAB field "Parameter Value[Data file content]" should appear at most 1 time(s) in current table

and indeed there are two columns, first about MS1 and the second about MSn spectra. Which is correct from the mzML perspective. Will retry with v1.0.2 next. Yours, Steffen
