missing parameter "min_data_in_bin"

Hi, seems the parameter "min_data_in_bin" is not parsed as an option. This would be nescesary to avoid this problem

Hi @Her-cod, would you be able to look at the unreleased all-params branch where min_data_in_bin parameter has been added together with other parameters that are missing on the released version and if that would work for you. Hopefully, the all-params can be merged at some point and released. The current released version has quite a few unimplemented params.
