Edit Dataset Metadata: Dataset metadata fields couldn't set to empty result

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

• When does this issue occur?
  Whenever we create a dataset with some fields and want to update these fields to empty

• Which page(s) does it occur on?
  Dataset page, edits dataset metadata page

• What happens?
  When I create a dataset and fill out some fields, then edit the metadata to delete fields and set them to empty, the changes are not reflected—the fields remain unchanged and cannot be set to empty.

• To whom does it occur (all users, curators, superusers)?
  all users

• What did you expect to happen?
  Edit dataset metadata should be successfully update, even the fields change from some value to empty

Which version of Dataverse Frontend are you using?

Somehow we are not sending empty values to the js-dataverse use case, happy to work on this next sprint
