The dev guide says to run npm start...

... then go to http://localhost:5173/ but I get a blank screen and "Uncaught Error: VITE_DATAVERSE_BACKEND_URL environment variable should be specified" in the error console:

Is a step missing? I'm on 692283b.

It seems like this step from lower down is missing:

cp .env.example .env

I'll make a pull request.
