In the Edit Dataset Page, all metadata fields and term fields that are type textbox allow a subset of html tags. In the JSF, only the Description field has help text about using html:

It would be good to include help text or other visual clues to all textboxes in the Metadata and Term Tabs, that give a hint that html can be used.

One possible way would be to include pre-filled text with tags:
