To Do

Build out a new screen to select what kind of situation a student is in and send a message to their life coach and community coach for someone to help them leave the situation
Wire up navigation from the I Need Help screen

Details

Type of problem radio buttons can be hard-coded in the application
More information text box should be optional
Focus should be on ease of use, discretely, with the ability to provide more context but also able to quickly send the alert without having many required actions.
Ensure the user is aware that sending the message will contact their life coach and their community coach.
