Clean up committed files that should not be committed

A lot of files were blindly committed as this was our first React Native project. If someone with some React-Native experience would want to go through and add entries to .gitignore and remove the files from being tracked, it would help clean up the repository greatly. If any actions need to be done outside of running react-native run-ios to get the app running again after the cleanup, that should be documented
