Idea ✨

commitsmile should support @commitlint/cli by adding config init for him

How it should work?

after commitsmile support or other command should be generated config file for @commitsmile/cli

What it gonna solve? Why we should ad it?

Easier and faster way to implement commitsmile to projects

How it should be implemented?

By command commitsmile support or something like that

Example of usage / I have seen it in other library
