The building damage analysis has a flag, use_uncertainty, that would allow users to specify that should include the uncertainty in the output. Currently only the earthquake attenuations have support for uncertainty. This would allow users to specify that if the attenuation supports standard deviation, then instead of using the mean hazard, it could use mean + standard deviation.
