Given a use of a term in the IHE Technical Framework that really needs linkage to the glossary, When the reader does not understand the term, Then it should be clean and easy for the user to get to the glossary definition.
It is not clear to me how we can hyperlink to a glossary term, there seems to be no way to do this with the SKMT glossary.
It is not clear how we might indicate for the reader that a word being used might be further defined as a glossary term.
also not clear to me the process to keep SKMT glossary up-to-date.

Does this mean that we need a more friendly html glossary that IHE manages for our use, and have that management simply reflected in SKMT glossary? Thus from a user experience the SMKT is not our primary glossary, but secondary?

There is a SKMT reboot evaluation underway that, among other things, would provide hyperlinks. If undertaken, this is out in the future for sometime.
