Usage of DSG with MHD (ITI-105) is not covered as it is not in the scope of DSG. FHIR bundle signatures are not directly supported, but it would be supported as a two step process with a serialized blob that could be signed.

Now that DSGj is out, what would be the advisable next steps on this?   A new work item?  A change request against MHD?
