Given that this is mostly a narrative, the html first might be useful enough.
But bringing in the Provenance profile might be good for reusability of that Provenance profile. Such as in the HL7 IPA implementation guide.

Possibility to have @MaryLJ convert existing text to markdown; after which John could convert to an IG.
The IG would take ownership of the Provenance that exists today in QEDm; and provide examples.
