Issue

  • First sentence: "Though a full explanation of the this framework is beyond this discussion" -> "Though a full explanation of the framework is beyond this discussion"
  • Bullet 1: "ensure that all requirements and capabilities are rooted in the purposes that technology users are advancing, namely to provide safe;". Sentence is hard to understand. Especially the end ("to provide safe") is missing at least a substantive!
  • Bullet 8" "below.>." -> "below."
