Dataset Collection Manager - Keyword search by categories

Currently keyword search in this manager is currently limited to strings within dataset titles. It would be nice to have a dropdown of categories to do the following:

• By title - already present
• By tag - We supposedly have tags in the database so we can use that. To that extent we can show tag bubbles (Bulma elements) in each dataset expanded view.
• By lab/group - A long-term distinction. Short-term we can use tags for this
• By gene - Search for datasets with this gene in it. This would require some sort of indexing of genes from all datasets (backloaded and as datasets are loaded).

This can be expanded to refine the searches in the other analysis tool pages, which are restricted to dataset title at the moment.
