Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I need to do many clicks to clear tech debt.

Describe the solution you'd like
Metrics with outdated tech debt have a grey box (see screenshot). The user want to clear this in a fast way. Using the pop-up menu when hovering over the gray box would be ideal.
