my deploy failed

I followed the exact steps, after 4 service created, I can not start the app, and I dig into Delivery Pipeline and found deploy failed, log shows following

Creating service instance BluePic-IBM-Push in org stark.la / space dev as linxyfe@outlook.com...
FAILED
Server error, status code: 502, error code: 10001, message: Service broker error: Lite org is not allowed to provision non-lite plans

Finished: FAILED

Hi @linxyfe - Can you clarify which four services created successfully? Logs of this would be really helpful.

I know how to fix the creation for Push Notifications, but I want to make sure that the creation works for the other services when running on a Lite account.
