Wishlist: clean up this mess of code (especially indentation)

Realistic todo: remove unused (chat links), "Media:" tag

Cross-check with TCC 2024 and other 2024 pages (maybe compare to 2023 if feeling fancy)

We should also think about how we can automate updating the program with links to slides and speakers. Right now it is a manual process, and authors get confused when they upload their slides but do not see them linked from the program.
