[nitpick] change action menu is partially hidden when there is only one change

Describe the bug

Change action menu (that allows you to confirm, delete and edit change) is partially hidden when there is only one change and unfolded are is thin.

To Reproduce

Check some graph with one change detected and attempt to delete the change. You need to scroll in that box to get to the option to delete the change.
