The solution I could see here is to display the whole number (with all decimals) but I am not sure that is something all users may want.
Alternatively, we could consider displaying until the first 2 non null decimals, e.g., in you example it would be 0.0025.
What do you think @willr3@johnaohara? @jhutar is this something that would fit your use case?

For numbers close to 0 (like "0.002591004064042079"), change detection graph shows "0.00" only.
