Describe the bug

For numbers close to 0 (like "0.002591004064042079"), change detection graph shows "0.00" only.

Check .measurements.etcd_request_duration_seconds_average.mean graph on https://horreum.corp.redhat.com/test/254?fingerprint=%7B%22.metadata.env.JOB_NAME%22%3A%22periodic-ci-konflux-ci-e2e-tests-main-load-test-ci-daily-100u%22%7D

The solution I could see here is to display the whole number (with all decimals) but I am not sure that is something all users may want.

Alternatively, we could consider displaying until the first 2 non null decimals, e.g., in you example it would be 0.0025.
What do you think @willr3 @johnaohara? @jhutar is this something that would fit your use case?
