Universe Installer 1.1.0

This release adds support for saving certain options in the installer to a persistent config that is applied when the installer loads. This makes it so that the custom install directory and use custom loader settings do not need to be set again on every launch, saving time. It also updates the version of fabric loader that the custom loader is based on to 0.11.7.
