webview 页面无法在监控端获取到存储信息

Describe the bug

APP 以 webview 的形式打开页面，发现存储面板里的 Storage 和 Cookie 全为空，但是实际上其实是有值的；然而网络、控制台是显示正常的。

我无法得知这是不是APP 内的限制。
