Typesetting keys with Latex

One issue with typesetting this document is how to typeset the key strokes. One option is to move to LaTeX. There are several options in LaTeX. It seems that in the LaTeX community the key stroke typesetting is often called keyboard font.

In general Mike Suggested that I might look at LyX for GUI to LaTeX.
