Bot setup on a Hubs Cloud server does not respond to "!hubs create"

I installed the Hubs discord bot code successfully on my instance of Hubs-cloud
I went through all the instructions, created a bot and added it to my discord server
I am able to do a "!hubs" or "!hubs help" command and it responds. But when I do a "!hubs create" it seems to ignore the command.

Any idea if there is something I missed?
Is the fact that it responds to "!hubs" command mean I setup everything correctly in my Hubs-Cloud admin?
Could there be a permissions issue with accessing the reticulum.js

Robin helped me log messages while calling the "!hubs create" command and we did get an error message. See below:
