Non-admins can use the discord bot commands

Non admins in a discord server are able to use the discord bot commands.

For example, we tested it out and Rainwolf was able to remove a room from the Hubs discord

The may be related to the experience I had where I (an admin on my discord) created a room and the same account (based on email) on hubs didn't show as an owner or mod.

Perhaps the bot isn't properly associating the accounts?
