Allow unbinding of bot-created rooms

Scenario: I use !hubs create to make a Hubs room, which I then want to make available outside of my Discord server. In this instance, I have to create a new Hubs room entirely, since the authentication requirements can't be removed from my original room.

This feature would allow a room to be configured after creation by the bot to allow non-Discord users.
