manylinux2014 Python pkg builds
Some Python packages built using manylinux2014 docker
Now it includes cvxpy, pyodbc, Logbook, ctds, scs, pycurl, CyLP Python 3.7.9, 3.8.6 (gcc 9.3.1), 3.11.3 (gcc 10), 64 bit, manylinux2014 docker (all recent Linux distribution should be ok).
