Describe the solution you'd like

Would be great to be able to parse a config and plot the outcome probabilities and how modifiers affect these probabilities over time. We currently have the ability to do this for SEIR parameters and to see how modifiers are activated over time. Pulling together these into helpful plots for config checks would be useful.
