Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We can now create DQE databases for non Sql Server DBMS thanks to ANSI compatible / DBMS specific syntaxes however the gui client still uses methods to pull data out that are Sql Server specific e.g. GetPeriodicityForDataTableForEvaluation

Describe the solution you'd like
In order to support non sql server deployments we need to get rid of these last remnants
