Data preprocess #6
Comments
Hi, the link for the preprocessed data will be provided later. You can drop me an email for the access to the data at the current stage. @zhangjingcode |
I want to know how to design my data (if I had some example ), and build segment model by your PyMIC immediately! I have 300 MRI with mask, but uncertain slices (2 label value), I want to segment 2 region by SSL, those masks are different from ACDC. Wil PyMIC work well?

The download link has been provided in the readme file. Not sure what do you mean by saying "uncertain slices", do you mean each image has labels provided by two experts? |
My MRI data is 512*512*142, 3 discrete slices were marked as region, other 3 discrete slices were marked as tissue, total of 6 discrete slices were marked by radiologists.

This is impressive work!!! I want to run an example for semi-superior segmentation, however I can't find any preprocessed data in this repository. How can I process my own data for this work?
