turn into workspace

currently, full accumulator have one dependency file for all of the features
meaning i cannot get rid of unnecessary dependency.
i actually become little bit problematic when it comes to depend this lib only on certain logic ( like access core mmr only )

so imo better to make each features into each workspace and seperate dependencies from it
